Restarted and its fixed itself so presumably an auto update fix has been applied now. Somebody somewhere else figured out that disabling Weather on the Calendar in the Calendar options also stopped this crash. I just restored my PC to before the patches and then turned off updates with WUB. Perhaps we can start [custom led signage](https://gitea.cybs.io/sterlingmacgil/outdoor-signs-for-business8686/wiki/Custom-Signs-Custom-Metal-%26-Plastic-Signs-Free-Shipping) with the crash error, check the event logs for clues. Looks like MS is acknowledging it on their end at least. Reverted the update channel to semi-annual until a fix has been provided to avoid any auto-updates.

We had the same issue today (Windows Server 2016 RDS + Microsoft Office 365 Apps for Enterprise). Next, open the Run dialog box, type %localappdata%\Microsoft, and press Enter. Right-click on an empty space, hover over "New" and select "Folder." Name the folder FORMS2. If you receive a prompt indicating that the FORMS2 folder already exists, replace the old FORMS2 folder with the new one.

They still wonder ‘Why is Outlook constantly not responding? ’ So, it is possible that your PST file will get corrupted and you can lose all important data. Or, if the problem is itself due to oversized PST getting corrupt, you need to recover PST data as soon as possible. At the time of writing, Microsoft is still investigating the issue. Until a permanent solution is found, they’ve released a temporary workaround to address the problem. Since the issue is related to the Forms Library, Microsoft has suggested that affected users create a new FORMS2 folder.

I suspect it’s an update that came down recently but I have no idea which one. You could try just removing all the April Office patches in Windows Update. It is possible it’s a patch doing this, a plugin or extension or something else, but without an error or log entry, it’s hard to tell. Scope of impactImpact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure. Obviously update the client edition and product ID to match your environment but this worked. Has anyone seen this as well with this months updates.

This step creates detailed information about your Outlook configuration and provides solutions for any known issues that are detected. It also gives you the option to upload your results to Microsoft so that a support engineer can review them. If the problem no longer occurs, it confirms that one of the add-ins that you just disabled was causing the issue. After that, Outlook will check for and install any available updates. Once the Outlook update process is complete, reopen the Outlook application. Again, check if Microsoft Outlook crashes when opening.

According to Microsoft, the problem is occurring because Outlook is unable to open the Forms Library. The support document also notes that, while the problem affects Outlook on all Microsoft 365 official channels, it is most common on virtual desktop infrastructures. Now, let us move into the solutions to fix the issue of MS Outlook. Has anyone seen this same thing happening, but with not just Outlook, in Office 365?
